Postseason Play

UAM has appeared in postseason play five times. The Weevils played in the Oil Bowl in Houston, Tex., following the 1943 season, a bowl that later became the Bluebonnet Bowl. UAM played in the now defunct NAIA Space Bowl in Huntsville, Ala., following the 1966 and 1967 seasons and made two appearances in the NAIA Division I Playoffs, reaching the quarterfinals in 1988 and the semifinals in 1993.
