DEREK WAREHIME
Offensive Line
     
    Joining the Weevils as offensive line coach is Derek Warehime. Prior to joining UAM, Warehime was a graduate assistant coach at Rice University for two seasons. During this past season, Warehime aided the team to breaking 40 offensive school records.
 
While at Rice, Warehime worked with the offensive line, especially with centers and guards, while also being the assistant video coordinator.
 
Prior to his time at Rice, Warehime spent one season at his alma mater, the University of Tulsa, where he was a student assistant with the offensive line of the 2005 Conference USA champions.
 
Warehime spent one season playing with the Arena Football League’s Tulsa Talons, where he was a member of the 2005 Western Division champions. Prior to that, Warehime started 34 games for Tulsa, earning 1st Team All-WAC honors as a center during his senior season.
 
Warehime and his wife Kelly were married June 1, 2007.
