MONTICELLO, Ark. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello Boll Weevil Football Team is back home as the host conference member Southern Nazarene University for the final home game of the 2023 season. Saturday's game will be Senior Day/Agriculture Day hosted by BASF and Mid-South Seed. Kick-off for the game is set for 2:00 p.m.
The Boll Weevils are coming off a harrowing 28-7 loss on the road at Oklahoma Baptist University last weekend. UAM currently ranks second in the Great American Conference in passing offense and seventh in pass efficiency behind the arms of multiple quarterbacks on the year. The top receiver for the Weevils is Isaiah Cross who ranks third in the GAC in total receiving yard and sixth in receptions per game.
UAM sits sixth in the GAC in scoring points per contest, falling behind this weekend's opponent Southern Nazarene, and sixth in total yards with 344.1 per game.
Defensively, the Weevils are surrendering 33.3 points and 366.1 yards per contest. The leading tackler for the Weevils is Damarous White, who has 48 total tackles, with 30 solo stops.

THE MATCHUP
UAM sits ahead in the all-time series, 8-1 against Southern Nazarene University since the teams first met in 2013. The Weevils are 5-0 against the Crimson Storm at Willis "Convoy" Leslie Cotton Boll Stadium since their first match-up. UAM looks to take down Southern Nazarene for the sixth time since the 2017 season.
LAST MEETING
Arkansas-Monticello took down to SNU at home in 2022 in a 40-26 match-up. The Weevil offense dominated the opening quarter, leading 21-0 in the second before the Crimson Storm found their first points. UAM had 538 total yards on offense.
Quarterback
Demilon Brown passed for 228 yards with a completion rate of 12-for-28. Brown also led UAM in the running game, rushing for a net total of 149 yards on 13 attempts.
Isaiah Cross led the Weevil receiving core as he pulled in three passes for 97 yards.
ON-FIELD ACCESS
Authorized UAM personnel and stand-by medical staff are the only ones with on-field access during the Weevil Football games. All other unauthorized personnel are required to stay within the stands. The following are prohibited at Willis "Convoy" Leslie Cotton Boll Stadium:

RESTROOMS
Restrooms for all fans are on the opposite side of the UAM Indoor Practice Facility as the field. There are also portable bathrooms available behind the UAM student-section on the south side of the home stands.
