MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello women's golf team closed out their regular season Tuesday at the Shangri-LA Golf Club, coming out the 2025 Spring Regional Preview with combined team scores of 312 and 302 to finish in 10th place at 38-over par (614).
Senior
Shehna Akbary led the Blossoms on the final day of the tournament firing a 1-under par (71), to finish tied for 13, 2-over par (146).
Penciling a second round of 75 (+3), to finish the tournament tied for 35, 9-over par (153), was freshman
Renata Abad.
Up next for Arkansas-Monticello was freshman
Tori Milton who closed out the tournament tied for 49, 157 (+13). Milton carded a 77 (+5) in the final round.
Sophomore
Natalie Van Dort finished the spring regional preview tied for 53, 14-over par (158), after firing a 158 (+14) in round two.
Closing out the scoring for the Blossoms was freshman
Cadee Glasgow. Glasgow penciled an 86 (+14) in the second round to tie for 93 place overall, 170 (+26).
The Blossoms are set to compete in the Great American Conference Championship on Monday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 23 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the Hardscrabble Country Club.
