CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENT-ATHLETE TRYOUT FORM (PDF)
The NCAA has specific regulations for tryouts of prospective student-athletes and currently enrolled UAM students. Along with meeting the requirements listed below, those participating in the tryout must submit proof of a physical that was administered within 6 months of the date of the tryout or within 6 months of the start of the traditional high school/two-year/four-year college season that was just completed. Also, RESULTS of a prior sickle cell solubility test must be submitted prior participation in the tryout. Simply taking the test does not satisfy the rule.
If you have any questions regarding the tryout information listed on this page, please contact UAM Director of Athletics Chris Ratcliff at 870-460-1058 or ratcliff@uamont.edu.
