Manning graduated from El Toro Highs School in Lake Forest, California in 2006. He was a three year starter on varsity with an all-league honorable mention in 2006.
He recieved his AA from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California in 2009. Kyle was the starter in 2009 for OCC and threw for 1300 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Manning enrolled at University of Arkansas at Monticello in Spring of 2010 and graduated from UAM in the spring of 2013. He was a two year lettermen with three career starts for the Boll Weevils. Kyle is the son of Patty and Steve Manning. He has three sibilings, Courtney, Chris, and Conner.
