Sheehan enters his second season as a Graduate Assistant Coach (Receivers) at the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
During his first year at UAM, he led the wide receivers position group, and aided in the preparing of weekly game plans, running film review, and game preparation sessions. Sheehan led the recruitment of potential players in multiple areas within the United States which included East Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth, St. Louis, Arkansas, and Kansas and Iowa junior colleges.
Nick also assisted in the development of an All-American, unanimous Great American Conference, and second team all-region selection wide-receiver in his first season with the Weevils.
Previously Nick was an assistant football coach at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, for three seasons, where he led various position groups which included wide receivers, tight ends, and special teams. Sheehan also prepared weekly game plans, implemented kickoff return schemes, and ran film sessions, along with aiding in the recruitment of student-athletes within various areas.
Sheehan completed his bachelor's degree in genetics and cellular biology from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville with a minor in chemistry. He is currently pursuing a master's of physical education and coaching degree from Arkansas-Monticello as well.
