University of Arkansas at Monticello Athletics

Jalan Harbour will enter his third season at Arkansas-Monticello in 2025 as the Defensive Assistant, Cornerbacks Coach, and Special Teams Assistant. Harbour was a graduate assistant with the team during the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

The Phenix City, AL, native graduated from Bluefield State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in science, where he played cornerback in both the 2021 and 2022 seasons. Before BSU, Harbour played cornerback at both Portland State in 2019 and Scottsdale Community College in the 2017 and 2018 seasons. He was a 1st Team All-Conference player and started in 22 games.

Harbour has been an AFCA member since 2023, and his responsibilities with the Boll Weevils include coaching cornerbacks and being the video coordinator.

Coach Harbour resides in Monticello with his dog, Dior.
