Hand enters his first year with the Boll Weevils Football team as the Defensive Line Graduate Assistant, after competing for the Weevils since 2021. During his time with the Weevils, Hand played in 16 games and assisted the coaching staff on the sidelines as a student coach during the 2024 season.
Hand graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science and was a four-time Dean's List mention. Before his time at Arkansas-Monticello, he played for the De La Salle High School Cavaliers, where he also assisted as a Defensive Line Coach and Director of Player Personnel. During his years with the Cavaliers, Hand was a 2021 All District DT, 3x State Champion Runner-Up, and the 2021 Chad Barcia Award recipient.
The New Orleans, Louisiana, native is the son of Norman Hand, who played 13 seasons in the NFL for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants, San Diego Chargers, and New Orleans Saints.
