MAGNOLIA, Ark. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello women's cross country team crossed the finish line in eighth at the Southern Arkansas University on Saturday. The team placed eighth out of eight teams in the event.

The Blossoms completed the course with a total time of 2:16:10 to finish in eighth place as a team.

The top runner for UAM was BreAmber Wallace, who landed with a 43th overall finish after completing the event with a time of 24:03.

The next finisher for the Weevils was Joana Ramos who placed 65th overall with a time of 27:22. Maddie Pfleging followed next finishing 67th overall.

Rounding out the group for UAM were Olivia Caraway, Rebekah Perry, and Caden Young, who landed 68th, 69th and 70th overall.
