MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced its 2022 women's cross country preseason coaches poll on Thursday afternoon.
 
The UAM Women's team was tagged in Twelfth place. The five-time consecutive, defending GAC champion Oklahoma Baptist University undoubtedly lead the pack as the preseason favorite, followed by Arkansas Tech and Harding tied for second, East Central in fourth, and Ouachita Baptist rounding out the top 5 teams.

The 2022 cross country roster and schedule will be released on uamsports.com as the season opener nears.
