FINAL SCORES
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – The Arkansas-Monticello women's golf team closed out the 2023 Great American Conference Women's Golf Championship on Tuesday afternoon at the Hot Springs Country Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. UAM closed out the final round of the tournament in 9th place.
Gabriela Maldonado led the Blossoms throughout the tournament, closing out the final round of the GAC tournament tied for 10th. Throughout her three rounds played, she carded a 1-over 73 in the first round, followed by an 84 in the second and a 77 in the third round.
Chiara Sturaro came out of the first round shooting a 79, followed by an 85 in round 2. She improved in round 3 with a final round 75. She finished the tournament in 16th place.
Robbi Jo Freeman finished in 41st place. She shot an 93 in both rounds 1 and 2, followed by a 91 in round 3.
Anna Beth Reynolds started out the tournament with a first round 104. She finished round 2 with a 101, and ended the third round with a 104. She finished in 43rd place.
