BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Arkansas-Monticello's Women's Golf team moved up three spots Tuesday to close out the fall season, tied for 12th place, at the Tulsa Cup at the Club at Forest Ridge Monday, hosted by Rogers State University. The Blossoms shot a final three-round combined score of 977 (+113), to finish alongside fellow GAC member Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
Leading the Blossoms on the final day,
Shehna Akbary finished tied for 17th with a final score of 19-over par (235), after carding a 78 (+6) in the final round.
Tori Milton finished the third round with a score of 10-over par (82), to tie for 22nd in the tournament with a three-round score of 236 (+20).
Natalie Van Dort finished the tournament tied for 68th with a final carding of 36-over par (252). Van Dort fired a final round of 9-over par (81).
Next for the UAM was
Ximena Paz, who fired a final round of 86 (+14) to finish tied for 72nd with a score of 254 (+38).
Finishing the tournament for Arkansas-Monticello,
Cadee Glasgow finished 95th with a final score of 55-over par (271). Glasgow carded her highest tournament round in her last go at 21-over par (93).
The Blossoms will be back in action in the spring, to continue their 2024-2025 campaign.
