Post Game
Boll Weevil Head Coach
Hud Jackson had this to say after the game:
"I can't even tell you how excited we are for this win tonight. It says a lot about this team having a mentality of one at a time. Is the right approach that we've taken. Our guys and our coaches work extremely hard, and they deserve to be successful. It was an awesome crowd and a great homecoming. A lot of people came back and visited, and they're excited about the direction of not only football, but our university as a whole. Will get back at it tomorrow at 4 o'clock, get ready for the next team. It's really awesome to practice after a big win. Eat'em up!!"
Tonight's victory over Southern Nazarene marks Coach Jackson's 50th program win at UAM. Jackson is the second-winningest coach at Arkansas-Monticello, falling short of only Head Coach Tommy Barnes, who led the program from 1985 to 1996.
