EL DORADO, Ark. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello women's golf team finished the Arkansas Collegiate at the Mystic Creek Golf Club, hosted by Southern Arkansas University, on Tuesday afternoon. The Blossoms finished the tournament with an overall combined score of 670 (94) leaving El Dorado in eighth place.
Tori Milton led the way for Arkansas-Monticello finishing 10th with a final score of 159 (+15), after carding a 5-over par (77).
Shehna Akbary finished tied for 11th after shooting an 86 (+14), closing out the tournament with a combined score of 16-over par (160).
Next up for the Blossoms was
Ximena Paz who posted a final score of 29-over (173). Paz shot a second round of 87 (+15).
Natalie Van Dort penciled in a 93 (+21) on the day to finish tied for 43rd with a final score of 179 (+35).
After tallying a 92 (+20),
Robbi Jo Freeman finished the tournament in 48th with a two-round combined score of 189 (+45).
Competing individually for Arkansas-Monticello were
Cadee Glasgow and
Renata Abad, who finished the day in 49th and 50th place respectively. Glasgow finished in 49th with a final tally of 47-over par (191), after carding a 94 (+22). Abad shot an 87 (+15) in the final round to finish in 50th with a score of 192 (+48)
The Blossoms will hit the greens next Monday, March 17 as they travel to the 2025 Agnes McAmis Memorial tournament at the Links Hill Country Club in Greenville, Tennesse.
