DURANT, OKLA – The Arkansas-Monticello baseball team was back out on the diamond Saturday in the series finale with the Savage Storm of Southeastern Oklahoma State University. The Boll Weevils fell to the Storm 6-9.

Scoring Recap:
The Weevils opened the scoring in game three courtesy of a Storm balk that plated
Camden Tanner.
The Storm added six runs in the second off a double to left center and a grand slam over the right field wall. They tacked on another run in the third via a single to center field.
AJ Keely homered down the left field line in the top of the fourth, scoring
Gabe Kuttenkuler, making it 3-7.
Southeastern sacrificed a hit in the sixth to plate their eighth run of the game, followed by a home run in the seventh to make it 9-3.
The final runs of the game came off the bat of
Kyle Tolley, who sent a 3-run homer down the right field line, plating Keely and
Darcy Barry.
Pitching Performances:

Hunter Heath started on the mound and suffered the setback for the Weevils, allowing seven runs on three hits while striking out three batters, in 4.0 innings.

Aiden McGee entered and allowed one run on two hits, striking out two batters in his 1.0 inning of work.

Nathan McManus saw 1.1 innings of work, allowing one run on one hit in his four batters faced.

John White closed the game out for UAM, pitching 1.2 innings, allowing two hits with one strikeout.

The Boll Weevils return home for the remainder of the 2026 regular season, hosting eight games at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park. The home stand will commence with a non-conference midweek against the Tigers of Ouachita Baptist on Tuesday, April 14, at 6:00 p.m.
