Hayley Drago enters her first season with the Arkansas-Monticello Volleyball program in 2017 after previously serving as the assistant coach for fellow GAC member, Henderson State from 2015-2016. 

Drago, who served as an assistant for the St. Gregory's University Cavaliers during the 2013 season, was soon promoted to head volleyball coach at SGU in November of 2013.

Hayley began her coaching career at her alma mater, Texas Woman's University. There, she was a student assistant coach and four-year letterwinner. An outside hitter for the Pioneers, Summers helped her team to a 23-8 record her senior season – the program's most wins since 2006.

Drago is native of Carrollton, Texas, where she was an all-district selection and member of a state championship team at Hebron High School. She completed her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and her master's in coaching in 2014 at TWU.
