Macy Mitchell is in her first year as a graduate assistant and joins the Blossoms on the sidelines after playing two years at UAM. She broke two records her senior season including total digs in a season (636) and digs per set (5.78). She also finished second overall in the conference in service aces with 43, and third in total digs in 2017.

Mitchell joined the Blossoms after playing two years at Wharton Junior College where she was an All-Region Honorable Mention her sophomore season.

She comes from Lumberton, Texas where she lettered three years in volleyball.

Mitchell graduated from UAM in December of 2019 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education with a concentration in Math and Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Education on the Teacher Leader track at UAM.
