CLEVELAND, Miss. – Senior Tyler Caruthers went 3-for-3 with a pair of runs batted in to lead the 23rd-ranked University of Arkansas at Monticello baseball team in a 7-3 loss to 13th-ranked Delta State on Wednesday at Boo Ferris Field.
The Statesmen (22-6) took a 7-1 lead after six full innings with one run in each of the second, third, fourth and fifth innings, and three more in the sixth.
