MONTICELLO — This weekend's home baseball series against Southwestern Oklahoma State has been canceled due to rain.  

UAM and SWOSU are currently tied for first place in the Great American Conference, but now will not play each other during the regular season, as the series will not be rescheduled.

The Weevils (12-7, 6-3 GAC) are now scheduled to return to action this Tuesday, March 15 on the road against Union University. UAM beat Union 5-4 in Monticello on February 17. First pitch of this Tuesday's game is set for 2 p.m. in Jackson, Tennessee.
