The Blossoms posted nine hits in the first-game win, led two hits for sophomore Ashton Currey.
In the second game, senior Kali Piha was responsible for all four of UAM's runs, driving in one in the bottom of the first on a double and adding three more RBI on a two-out homerun to left field in the bottom of the third. She accounted for a third of UAM's six hits in the win.
Ouachita (7-20, 1-18 GAC) had 10 hits in the loss, all singles. Senior Elizabeth Delafield (7-4) earned win, giving up only two runs off 10 hits with three strikeouts and one walk in the first 5.2 innings. Sophomore Alyson Finnigan earned her third save of the season, retiring the final four OBU batters of the game consecutively after being called in out of the bullpen with the go-ahead run at the plate.
