MELISSA, Texas — The University of Arkansas at Monticello baseball team swept the series against Southeastern Oklahoma State, winning game three 19-9.

  • 3rd Inning: Borman sent a solo shot over the left center wall to put the score at 4-1. 
  • 3rd Inning: Threet then homered to left to push the lead out to 6-1 in this match-up. 
  • 5th Inning: Johnson blasted a home run to left center field to tie up the game at 8-8 against SOSU.
  • 6th Inning: Rios singled to bring home one run, and Johnson doubled to right which brought home Rios for the 10-9 advantage.
  • 7th Inning: Andres Rios hit a three-run home run to left field to push the lead out to 16-9.
  • 8th Inning: Dodd hit the final home run of the day for UAM as the Weevils took the series sweep at 19-9.
