MONTICELLO — The University of Arkansas at Monticello baseball team was defeated by the Reddies of Henderson State Friday afternoon at Weevils Field, 12-10. 

• Final Score: HSU 12  -  #17  UAM 10
• UAM drops to 21-8 (15-4 GAC) this season. 
• HSU improves to 20-10 (15-4 GAC) overall.

• 2nd Inning: Johnson crushed a ball, well beyond the left field wall for the two-run home run as UAM trailed HSU, 3-2. 
• 3rd Inning: Dodd doubled to left center field to knock in Weiss to put the score at 7-3 in Henderson's favor. 
• 3rd Inning: Ray doubled to right field then to score Dodd, as UAM trailed 7-4. 
• 3rd Inning: Wagner followed with a double of his own to score Ray with UAM trailing HSU 7-5. 
• 4th Inning: Ray gave UAM the 9-7 lead after a grand slam home run fueled the Weevils ahead of the Reddies.
• 8th Inning: Brakebill singled to right center to see Borman cross the plate, however HSU held on to the 12-10 advantage for the GAC victory. 
   

• The Weevils will battle Henderson State once again tomorrow, March 31 in a double-header at Weevils Field, in Monticello, with game number one slated for 1:00 p.m.
