WEEVIL NOTES
UAM comes into this contest having lost three straight conference games at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. In the series, they hit the ball well, but their pitching seemed to struggle.
This season, the Weevils are hitting .255 (162-for-363) with 99 RBI. They are led by
Jordan Johnson (.372),
Cade Thompson (.323) and
Andrew Piraino (.309).
Johnson comes in leading the roster in home runs (7) and RBI (19), while Thompson has smoked seven doubles and carries an on-base percentage of .447. He has is also 4-of-4 in stolen base attempts.
Piraino has put together a team-leading eight doubles and has 14 RBI.

The Statesmen are led by Chad Ragland who is batting .463 (37-for-80) with 11 RBI and is 5-of-7 in stolen bases.
