WEEVIL NOTES
The UAM Weevils are coming off a tough Great American Conference series loss against Southwestern Oklahoma State. After winning game one, the Weevils dropped both games on Saturday.
UAM has already faced Ouachita this season over in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. There, they won two out of three games.
At the plate, the Weevils have hit better of late and are led by
Jordan Johnson and
Cade Thompson. Johnson enters this game batting .377 (23-for-61) with seven home runs and 16 RBI, while Thompson is batting .304 (14-for-46) with a team-best six doubles.
Grant Shepherd comes in hitting just under them at .291 (16-for-55) with a home run and six RBI.
Four players are in double-digits for RBI already in Johnson,
Andrew Piraino (10),
Audy Clary (10) and
Hudson Hopkins (10).
On the hill, the Weevils struggles with Southwestern bumped their team-ERA up to 4.60 (67 ER in 131.0 IP).

TIGERS NOTES
The Tigers have been on and off so far in 2020. As a team they are batting .273 (150-for-549) and carry an ERA of 6.22 (96 ER in 139.0 IP).
At the plate, they are led by Blake Tubbs and Tyler Riebock. Tubbs is hitting .408 (20-for-49) with a home run and 14 RBI while going 3-for-3 in stolen base attempts. Riebock is batting .377 (23-for-61) with team-bests in home runs (8) and RBI (23).
On the bump, their main starters have been Brandon Matros and Beau Burson. Matros is 1-3 in five starts with a 3.56 ERA (12 ER in 30.1 IP) with 21 k's while Burson is 2-1 in five starts with a 3.86 ERA (11 ER in 25.2 IP).
