Final Results
CHOCTAW, Miss. - The University of Arkansas at Monticello men's golf team finished seventh out of nine teams at the Dancing Rabbit Intercollegiate Tuesday. UAM hosted the tournament at the Dancing Rabbit Golf Club on The Oaks Course.
The Weevils shot 749 as a team in 45 holes posting 319 and 286 in the first two rounds and finishing with 144 in the final nine-hole round of the event.
Tyler Quinn was the top finisher for UAM shooting 77 (+5), 73 (+1) and 37 (+1) for a total of 187 placing him in a tie for 18th.
Three Weevils tied for 21st in the tournament as Carson Garner (79, 72, 38), Julian Audibert (79, 74, 36) and Andrew Pearson (88, 67, 34) each posted a 189 in the 45-hole event.
Ethan Bearden rounded at the UAM group of five tying for 41st after shooting 84, 76 and 37 for a combined 197.
Playing as individuals, T.J. Baker posted rounds of 80, 72 and 37 for a total of 189 to also finish tied for 21st. William Sumner finished in a tie for 37th after shooting 80, 78 and 35 for a combined 193.
