MONTICELLO, Ark. - The 2022-23 Academic All-District® Baseball and Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, were announced on Tuesday. The selections recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The University of Arkansas at Monticello saw six student-athletes selected.
Academic All‐District® honorees from both baseball and softball advance to the CSC Academic All‐America® ballot. First‐, second and third‐team Academic All‐ America® honorees will be announced June 6.
Among the selected members of the CSC Academic All-District Teams were five Blossoms Softball players and one Weevils Baseball player.
