SEARCY, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello softball team looked to close out their three game conference series with Harding University, Sunday afternoon. The Blossoms dropped the doubleheader with the Bisons, taking a 5-0 loss in game one, followed by a 7-1 loss in game two.

Arkansas-Monticello: 0, Harding University: 5

Scoring Recap:
The Bisons posted five runs throughout the game, scoring one in the second, two in the fourth, one in the fifth, and a final in the sixth.
Monticello was unable to respond the entirety of the game, resulting in a 5-0 loss.

Scoring Recap:
Harding's offense once again prevailed in game two, scoring seven runs throughout the game.
Kammie Walker drove in the lone run for UAM on a double to left center, scoring
Lexie Smith on the play.
The losses on the day drop Arkansas-Monticello to a 12-13, 4-5 GAC record in the 2024 season.

Arkansas-Monticello is back to work, Tuesday Mar. 12, as they travel to Magnolia, Arkansas to compete against conference rival Souther Arkansas University. First pitch is set for 4:00 p.m. with the second game to follow.
