MONTICELLO, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello softball team closed out their conference series with Southern Nazarene on Sunday afternoon. The Blossoms came out of the day with a 3-0 loss in game three.

Scoring Recap:
Southern Nazarene was the first on the board in game three, scoring a run in both the third and fourth innings to take a lead over UAM. They scored a third run in the sixth on a SAC fly to right.
The Blossoms were unable to respond throughout the remainder of the ball game, missing opportunities with multiple runners left on base.
The split on the day puts Arkansas-Monticello to a 14-19, 6-11 GAC record for the 2024 season.
