MONTICELLO, Ark. - The Arkansas-Monticello women's basketball team is set to host the Muleriders of Southern Arkansas on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 5:30 p.m., before heading to Arkadelphia, Arkansas on Saturday to take on the Reddies of Henderson State University at 1:00 p.m.

LAST MEETING
Southern Arkansas University -Â The Blossoms dropped their last meeting to the Muleriders, 68-66 in Magnolia in January in overtime.
Bailey Harris led the way for Arkansas-Monticello, scoring 18 points in the match-up. Harris hit 6-13 field goals on the day, 2-3 three-pointers, and 4-5 free throws. She also contributed two rebounds in her 36 minutes played.
Alindsey Long followed close behind in double-digits on the afternoon, posting 13 points of her own. Long went 6-10 on field goals and 4-8 on threes with two total rebounds.
Kelsey Blakemore and
Haleigh Crews were the last in double-digits for the Blossoms. Blakemore finished with 5-8 field goals and 3-4 on free throws. Crews went 5-6 on field goals and tied the game at the half with a two-point jumper. Arkansas-Monticello committed 17 turnovers in the entirety of the match.
Henderson State University - Monticello fell to the Reddies 70-51 in January.
Bailey Harris led the way for Arkansas-Monticello, scoring 13 points in the match-up. Harris hit 4-19 field goals on the day and 8-11 free throws. She also contributed six rebounds in her 32 minutes played, with three defensive and three offensive. She grabbed three assists and one steal.
Cha'Myrean Ellis was the other Blossom in double-digits, with 12 points in the game. Ellis was 6-8 in field goals with seven rebounds and one steal. Arkansas-Monticello committed 17 turnovers in the entirety of the match.

The first win came during that opening meeting with the Blossoms taking down the Muleriders, 44-38. At home in Monticello the Blossoms are 38-17, while on the road in Magnolia they are 26-28. Through games played, UAM has put up 8,080 points, averaging 72.14 points per game. The largest margin of victory for the Blossoms came in November of 1973 with the Blossoms beating the Muleriders, 44-38.Â
Henderson State University -Â UAM leads the Reddies with an overall record of, 63-46, dating back to their first match in November of 1973, a 57-49 win. The longest win streak for the Blossoms currently stands at 12 which was achieved between December 16, 1985, and January 12, 1991. The largest margin of victory came during that win streak and was posted in February of 1990 in Arkadelphia, with a final score of 110-85. At home in Monticello the Blossoms have a record of 39-17, with a 22-28 record on the road. Through 107Â games played the Blossoms are averaging 70.68 points per game, with 7,704 points scored.
