SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The University of Arkansas at Monticello's men's golf team closed out the third and final round of the 2026 Men's Rattler Invitational, hosted by St. Mary's (TX), Tuesday, combining for a three round total of 926 (+62) to leave San Antonio in 16th place.
Midwestern State took home the win with a final team score of even-par (864). The Weevils were the third best finishing team of the Great American Conference members competing in the tournament.
Balyden Gillham led the way for the Arkansas-Monticello in the third round, carding a 78 (+6). Combined with rounds one and two Gillham left the invitational tied for 47th at 227 (+11).
Finishing with a three round combined card of 13-over par (229) was
Landry Rogers. Rogers fired a 78 (+6) in the final round.
Carson Slaughter was next up for the Weevils penciling a 77 (+5) in round three to finished in 70th, with a score of 18-over par (234).
With a final placement of 74th, 238 (+22), was
James Fuhrer. Fuhrer finished the third and final round of the tournament with a card of 238 (+22).
Closing out the tournament for the Boll Weevils in 83rd was
Daniel Taylor. Taylor combined for 27-over par (243), after firing a 80 (+8) in the last round.
The Weevils combined for 11 birdies on the final day, for a three-round combined total of 37. Gillham and Slaughter both fired a eagle in the third round, on hole 9 and 11 respectively.
