Scoring Recap:
The Weevils put up four runs to start the ballgame at the top of the first. Daniel Lizarraga doubled to left field to start the inning, bringing home Camden Tanner. A bases-loaded hit by pitch off the arm of Darcy Barry walked in Lizarraga, Jackson Riedling concluded the scoring for the Weevils, doubling to center field to bring in Ryan Sessions and Eli Marvin.

The Crimson Storm wasted no time adding their first run to the board, doing so in the bottom of the first off a solo shot home run to left field.

Three home runs in the top of the third plated five runs; Darcy Barry, Drew Floyd, and Camden Tanner all sent shots over the outfield wall. Barry drove in Eli Marvin with a shot out to left field, Floyd brought in Riedling with his shot to left center, and Tanner's homer was a solo shot to center, making it a 9-1 ball game.

The Storm added their second run of the game in the bottom of the fourth off a bases-loaded single up the middle. An error from UAM advances a runner home, making it 3-9.

In the top of the fifth, Tanner sent another shot, this time a three-run homer over the left field wall, bringing in Floyd and Riedling.

SNU responded in the bottom of the fifth with a homer to left field and a double to center that added two runs, cutting the lead to 5-13.

Arkansas-Monticello placed another four runs in the top of the sixth; Ryan Sessions scored off a sacrifice fly from Riedling. Darcy Barry was brought in off a single from Drew Floyd, with Floyd scoring off a single from Elijah Olaybal. The final run of the inning came off a bases-loaded hit by pitch that walked in Tanner. Weevils upped the lead to 17-5.

Not going out without a fight, the Crimson Storm plated three more in the bottom of the inning, off two doubles, one to right center and one to left center. The final run of the inning came off a single to center field, bringing the score to 8-17.

The final runs of the game came off the bats of the Weevils in the top of the seventh as Jackson Riedling went deep over the right center wall to bring home Barry. With bases loaded, Drew Floyd was walked in off a called ball four to Gabe Kuttenkuler. These runs proved enough as the game ended 20-8.
