EL DORADO, Ark. - The University of Monticello men's golf team closed out the 2026 Arkansas Collegiate tournament on Tuesday afternoon, combining for 965 (+101) through all three rounds, to place 7th overall.
Blayden Gillham led the way for the Weevils on the final day, penciling a 5-over par (77), to combine for a carding of 16-over par (232), to finish tied for ninth.
Next for UAM was
Landry Rogers, who fired a 3-over-par (75) in round three to close out the tournament with a 243 (+27), finishing tied for 36th.
Daniel Taylor was next, closing the tournament tied for 42nd, 28-over par (244), after penciling a 2-over par (74) in the final 18 holes.
Finishing in 69th, 256 (+40), was
Carson Slaughter, who carded a 21-over par (93), in round three.
Closing out for Arkansas-Monticello was
James Fuhrer, who fired a 12-over par (84), to finish tied for 73rd, 260 (+44)
The Weevils combined for 17 birdies in the tournament.
