JACKSON, Tenn. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello men’s basketball team picked up an 81-77 road win over Lambuth on Saturday to remain undefeated at 3-0.
Juniors LA Farmer and Sergio Crowe led UAM with 22 points each. All of Crowe's points came on 6-of-8 shooting from beyond the three-point arc. Farmer was 7-of-16 from the field, including two treys. Farmer was also 6-of-7 from the foul line to go along with his season-high eight assists.
Junior Ricardo Hall picked up his second double-double of the season in the win with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Senior Jerrell Boswell also reached double-digits in scoring with 11 points off a trio of three-pointers and two points on free throws.
Davance Harris led Lambuth (1-4) with a double-double of 20 points and 13 rebounds. Shaun Merriweather and Nakeem Floyd also reached double-figures with 19 and 17 points, respectively.
The Boll Weevils return to action this Tuesday, November 30 at home against Arkansas-Fort Smith. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. inside Steelman Field House.
